Tale of Despereaux
Tale of Despereaux is a game I worked on at Sensory Sweep Studios. It was made to be released alongside the children’s movie of the same name. It was originally scheduled for release on the Xbox 360, Wii, PlayStation 2, and PC. The game follows the story of courageous young mouse Despereaux as he adventures in the wonderful kingdom of Dor. My responsibility for this game was that of a level designer. I had a major part in 6 of the shipped levels, and also did scripting for many of the global objects and HUD elements. I designed and implemented 5 levels in game. For this I used a combination of Maya and proprietary scripting tools.
